2016 Estate Reserve Pinot Noir
92+ pts – Jeb Dunnuck
“The 2016 Pinot Noir Estate Reserve is the flagship of the estate and was 80% destemmed and aged 14 months in 50% new French oak. It's not far from the Walker Station cuvée with its purity and balance and has classic notes of smoked black cherries, dried earth, bouquet garni, and spiced plum aromas and flavors. It will be even better in another year or two and should evolve for a solid 7–8 years, if not longer.”

“Explosively fruity and rich-tasting, with well-structured flavors of raspberry tart, dried cherry and plum that feature a luscious creaminess. Flinty and forest floor notes show on the expressive finish. Drink now through 2022. 290 cases made.”
2016 Mes Filles Pinot Noir
94 pts – Jeb Dunnuck
“Ample spiced red fruits, kirsch, white pepper, flowers, and an almost garrigue-like quality emerge from the 2016 Pinot Noir Mes Filles, and it's incredibly elegant and finesse-driven, yet still has plenty of fruit and texture. With an almost Rayas-like floral character and elegance, it's medium-bodied, nicely concentrated, has integrated acidity, and a beautiful finish. I'm impressed. This wine was completely destemmed and spent 14 months in 25% new French oak.”

“More spice and cola notes emerge from the 2016 Pinot Noir Russian River Valley, and it's another well made, balanced, character-filled effort from this estate. Showing more smoky, earthy, forest floor notes with time in the glass, it has good acidity, plenty of fruit, and a great finish. Fermented with 15% whole clusters and aged 14 months in 37% new French oak, it’s going to keep for upwards of a decade.”

“The 2016 Chardonnay Walker Station has a big kiss of reduction and sulfur as well as impressive crushed citrus, white flowers, and hints of brioche. It's clean, medium-bodied, nicely balanced, has plenty of fruit, and a clean finish. In short, it's a high-quality, classic Chardonnay to drink over the coming 3–5 years.”
2016 Walker Station Pinot Noir
93 pts – Jeb Dunnuck
“The 2016 Pinot Noir Walker Station has a deep, rich, nicely balanced style as well as terrific purity in its dark currant, plum, and black cherry fruits. Nicely textured, with plenty of floral and spice characteristics, this beauty builds nicely with time in the glass, has ripe tannins, and a great finish. Mostly destemmed and aged 14 months in 50% new French oak, it's an incredibly well made, high-quality Pinot Noir from this team that should keep for upwards of a decade.”

“Sinewy flavors of dried berry and dark fruit are backed by firm tannins in this brooding style. The ripe finish has hints of espresso and dark chocolate. Drink now through 2021. 140 cases made.”
