2015 Walker Station Vineyard Chardonnay
91 pts
Wine Spectator
"Starts out rich and assertive, and maintains that profile, with ripe apple, pear, melon, spice and light oak notes. Loses a little velocity on the finish. Drink now through 2022. 98 cases made."

Introducing
Walker Station
Vineyard owner Harry Walker has grown wine grapes in Napa Valley, Knights Valley, Dry Creek Valley and Lodi since 1968. In 2001 he found an ideal site on an east-facing slope in a cool valley southwest of Forestville in Sonoma County. He planted 3.2 acres of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Now retired, Harry approached us about leasing his vineyard and we leapt at the opportunity to farm this little gem renowned for exquisite fruit. We have exclusive access to the grapes, and we vineyard designate both the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
