Shipping policy

By placing an order with Kanzler Vineyards you are certifying you are 21 years of age or older. An adult over the age of 21 must be present to sign for delivery and must be prepared to confirm their age with appropriate identification.

Wine orders are fulfilled by Wine Country Shipping in Windsor, California and Wine Shipping in Napa, and are shipped as soon as possible after the close of an offering. Date of receipt will vary based on the chosen transit method. We offer either 2 Day Air or Ground shipping via UPS or FedEx common carriers. Delivery times can vary from as little as one day to west coast locations to as long as week or more to east coast locations, barring transportation issues on the part of the common carriers due to natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances.

A tracking number will be uploaded in each customer’s online account and a shipping notification will be sent by email to the customer at the time of shipment so they can make arrangements to receive the shipment and provide an adult signature.

Delivery will be attempted three times, after which time the order will be returned to Wine Country Shipping and the customer will be contacted to discuss re-shipment of the order. Kanzler Vineyards is not responsible for additional shipping costs incurred when a customer is unavailable for any of the three attempts the shipping company makes to deliver the order.

We can ship to most states subject to local laws and jurisdictions. If you are in a state that prohibits direct shipment of wine to consumers, it is your responsibility to make alternative shipping arrangements.
